| Beach setups are provided exclusively by Gulf's Edge Beach Service. A set up includes 3 umbrellas and 6 chairs. Umbrellas and chairs are set up each morning and removed each evening. With all you have to carry, it's great not to have to carry these. A Walton County ordinance requires that all items be removed from the beach each evening to protect our Sea Turtles that nest here and to keep the beach clean and pristine. |

Our Climate
| Many people consider the beach for their summer vacations. The most popular time to vacation has historically been Memorial Day to Labor Day, hence the rates are higher during this time. Recently, we've seen more and more visitors in October (mean temperature 70) and November (mean temperature 59) when the weather is still warm and pretty, the rates are down, and the crowds are thinning. The following chart shows our climate year round. Other popular times in Majestica are the holidays, when most of the homes are rented. Families gather for Thanksgiving, Christmas and the New Year, so please book early, as these dates go quickly. A wonderful beach side vacation destination. Sundancer is a beautiful, private home only steps to the serene beaches of Seagrove Families return here year after year to enjoy the beauty of the sugar white sands and the emerald green waters. Guests also enjoy the comfort and privacy of this well maintained beach home, the community pool, and the quiet atmosphere of Majestica Beach, the seaside village where Sundancer is located. This wonderful, three-story, beach home has all the charm you need to relax and enjoy the quaint atmosphere of Scenic 30-A. , it has a newly finished, commercial-size, community pool, shared by only eight homes. Majestica is a family only community, soyou won't be at odds with groups of singles or college students, and they won't be at odds with the kids in the pool. We rent weekly only from March to October. Saturday check in and Saturday check out. Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are 5 night minimum. It is only 18 feet from the front porch to the beach walkover. It takes less than 1 minute to walk from the front door to the beach. Every floor has a large porch with seating for afternoon cocktails, lemonade, morning coffee, or just reading, wave watching, or family time. Views from the top deck are unobstructed, as there is only a vacant natural landscaped lot between Sundancer and the beach.The resorts of Seaside and WaterColor are within walking or biking distance from Sundancer. |
